SEAFLIGHT LUNCH MENU

All this sea air makes you hungry! Throughout the day we'll feed you up with morning and afternoon tea and a sumptuous buffet lunch prepared by our on board chef.

MORNING TEA: A choice of fresh baked muffins or fruit scones, served with a bowl of fresh whipped cream and portion control jams
A selection of plain and cream biscuits
Iced carrot cake

LUNCH - MAIN

Meats
Whole baked ham on the bone carved by Chef
Platters of sliced turkey, grain fed roast beef, smoked Strasburg or Hungarian salami, served with cranberry sauce, horseradish sauce and seeded mustard

Seafood
Large clam shell filled with fresh cooked prawns served with lemon segments and a sauce of mild chilli, sour cream, tomato and chopped shallots.
Platters of NZ mussels served with a sweet chilli sauce and garnished with fresh herbs and parsley.

Fruit Selection
Basket of fresh apples, oranges or bananas.
Large platters of sliced tropical fruit garnished with grapes or strawberries as season permits.

Salads
Selection of mesculin and iceberg lettuce with Italian or French dressing.
Potato and bacon salad with sour cream and fresh chives.
Coleslaw and lemon mayonnaise
Chef’s special chicken breast and Asian noodle salad served with chilli and lime dressing.
Separate bowls of cubed tomatoes, grated carrot, sliced seeded cucumber, salad onions, mushrooms, grated cheese, boiled egg segments and sliced black olives.

AFTERNOON TEA

Platters of cheese, kabana slices, carrot & celery sticks, steamed cauliflower flowerets, green olives, dried apricots, guacamole dip, yoghurt garlic & mint dip and cracker.
French pate and toastettes.
Platters of sliced tropical fruits.
